Background

Jenni is an Atlanta native who attended the University of Alabama, where she received a B.S. in Psychology and minored in Criminal Justice.  Afterwards, she attended Loyola New Orleans University College of Law, where she earned her juris doctor degree with a focus in civil law.  At Loyola, she was the Vice President of the Maritime Society and interned at the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office.

Success in the Courtroom

Prior to joining the firm, Jenni worked at a large claims administrator firm, where she was responsible for implementing and managing processes for mass toxic tort claims resolution programs, including evaluating claims for damages and drafting claim review policies and procedures for the efficient resolution of claims that complied with eligibility criteria outlined in settlement agreements.

After joining Falcon Law Firm, Jenni quickly gained extensive experience in working on complex litigation involving a large number of plaintiffs, land contamination and personal injury toxic tort from NORM exposure, as well as maritime and personal injury claims.

Jenni is licensed to practice in EDLA and all Louisiana state courts.  Her areas of practice include personal injury, maritime, toxic tort, and general civil litigation. She is admitted pro hac vice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, and the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
