Maritime Law

A different body of law

For over thirty years the Falcon Law Firm has represented clients injured or killed in accidents while working on boats or offshore platforms. Maritime law, also known as admiralty law, is a body of law that governs aspects related to marine commerce, marine navigation, marine salvaging, shipping, sailors, and the transportation of passengers and goods by sea. Maritime law is different in both substance and procedure to normal law.
